There were 51 Hispanic students enrolled in Eureka County School District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 10.9% more than the previous year, according to the Nevada Accountability Portal.

Data showed that Eureka County School District welcomed 333 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 15.3% of the student body to be the second most represented ethnicity in the district.

Eureka County School District roughly covers three schools within Eureka County and has a main office in Eureka.

Among the three schools in Eureka County School District, Eureka County High School recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 27 students.

Enrollment in Nevada has experienced a notable decline, falling nearly 2% over the last four years.

Meanwhile, Nevada has roughly one teacher for every 22 students, compared to the national average of one teacher for every 15 students.
