Horsford doesn't support Biden increasing national defense budget for 2023: 'This will be among the largest investments in our national security in history'

Pres. Joe Biden recently announced the specifics of his Fiscal Year 2023 Budget, but numerous U.S. congressional leaders from both sides of the aisle have publicly criticized the his $773 billion national defense budget.
