In Pershing County, 14 inmates were incarcerated in the second quarter of 2024, a 12.5% decrease from the quarter before, according to the Nevada Department of Corrections.

Jose Javier Figueroa, a 24-year-old, was the youngest inmate sentenced in Pershing County in the second quarter of 2024.

Timothy V Dale was the oldest at 69-years-old.

Every year, at least 38,000 people are booked into Nevada's local jails.
