How many Pacific Islander students were enrolled in White Pine County district in 2022-23 school year?

There were four Pacific Islander students enrolled in White Pine County district in the 2022-23 school year, the same number as the previous year, according to the Nevada Accountability Portal.

Data showed that White Pine County welcomed a total of 1,307 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, Pacific Islander students comprised 0.3% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the county.

White Pine County School District was the only district in the county which enrolled Pacific Islander students in the 2022-23 school year.

Enrollment in Nevada has experienced a notable decline, falling nearly 2% over the last four years.

Meanwhile, Nevada has roughly one teacher for every 22 students, compared to the national average of one teacher for every 16 students.
