There were 669 students enrolled in Pershing County schools in the 2021-2022 school year, 5.0% more than the previous year, according to the Nevada Accountability Portal.

The student body was 51.3% boys and 48.7% girls.

The most common ethnicity among Pershing County students was White, who represented 48.7% of the student body. The second most-visible ethnicity in Pershing County schools was Hispanic.

Lovelock Elementary School had the highest enrollment among Pershing County four schools in the 2021-2022 cycle.

Enrollment in Nevada schools has dropped in recent years, falling nearly 2% in the last four years.

Nevada has roughly one teacher for every 20 students, compared to the national average of one teacher for every 16 students.
