How many inmates were incarcerated in Pershing County during May?

In Pershing County, 13 inmates were incarcerated in May, unchanged from the month before, according to the Nevada Department of Corrections.

Jose Javier Figueroa, a 23-year-old, was the youngest inmate incarcerated in Pershing County in May.

Timothy V Dale was the oldest at 68-years-old.

Every year, at least 38,000 people are booked into Nevada's local jails.

Nevada has an incarceration rate of 713 per 100,000 people, which means it incarcerates a higher percentage of its population than any other democracy in the world.
