The new rate for water and sewer services will go into effect January 1, 2023, for the utility bill due on February 10, 2023. The Carlin City Council unanimously approved Resolution 2022-03, increasing the Water Fee from $43.52 to $58.00, the Sewer Fee from $43.72 to $53.78. The landfill fee and the street light fee remain unchanged. 

On January 1, 2023, the new residential rate for Water, Sewer, Landfill, and Street Lights will be $123.46 for one trash can, and $132.76 for two trash cans. 

This rate adjustment will help ensure the reliability and availability of high-quality drinking water and wastewater management throughout the City of Carlin.
