The City of Carlin and is working with Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) to survey Household Income in Carlin. This information will help the City review funding options for future water and sewer projects, helping the City of Carlin qualify for the best grant or loan funding available.
Please check your post office box in the coming weeks for a survey form, letter of explanation, and postage paid return envelope.
By completing and returning the survey, YOU can help Carlin obtain the best possible funding to address the water and sewer projects in town.
It's important to know that if the results of this survey help the City access additional funding (grants, lower interest rates, etc), future rate increases could be reduced or eliminated
