City of Carlin recently issued the following announcement.
File for Carlin City Council Candidacy! You can file from March 7 - March 18th. Candidate packets can be picked up at Carlin City Hall at 151 S 8th St. There will be 2 (two) Councilperson seats for a four-year term and a Mayor seat for a four-year term up for vote in the general election.
