26

Churchill City recently issued the following announcement.

EnviroSafe Demil LLC (ESD) of Fallon, Nevada recaps 2021 as a year of success and awards after seeing amazing breakthroughs throughout the year. ESD began 2021 being awarded a 5-year Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to perform Small Arms Ammunition (SAA) demilitarization services for the Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). This contract pegged ESD as the source for ammunition demilitarization services for the ATF, FBI, DEA, and U.S. Marshal’s.

In May 2021, ESD was announced as a “small business”, major awardee for the U.S. Army’s “Conventional Ammunition Demilitarization” project (CAD 2020) worth an estimated $110M over five years. This contract is also a five-year Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. ESD will be performing conventional ammunition demilitarization (CAD) services for portions of the U.S. Army’s 20MM, artillery fuzes, and infrared countermeasures/flares stockpile.

ESD’s major contract achievements in 2021 amount to over $25 million in award values with the potential for additional capture value. For a small business start-up that went from $0 to $25 million in contracts, ESD is now emerging as a serious player in the industry and is poised for more growth.

EnviroSafe Demil’s CEO, T.J. Ogden says that 2021 was just the beginning while teasing some announcements in 2022.
